OUR TEAM
The Shenandoah Baptist Association is a team lead association. The ministries teams shall do the work of the association, under the direction of the Executive Board. Sometimes the teams work together to accomplish specific tasks. The associational administrator manages the office and coordinates the work of the ministry teams.

Ministries Team
Administrative Ministries Team – This team is responsible for promotion, coordination, and oversight of all associational administrative matters.
Evangelism and Missions Ministries Team – This team is responsible for promotion, coordination, and oversight of all associational missions and ministries/evangelism activities.
Fellowship and Church Support Ministries Team – This team is responsible for promotion, coordination, and oversight of all association church support and church/minister relations.
Organizational Ministries Team – This team is responsible for promotion, coordination, and oversight of all meetings of the association and shall serve as a liaison with all teams, officers, and agencies that have business at the meeting.
