Shenandoah Baptist Association
of Virginia and West Virginia
WELCOME
The Shenandoah Baptist Association is located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley; comprised of 20 churches in Virginia and West Virginia. The association has churches in the counties of Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah and Warren in VA and Berkeley and Jefferson counties in WV.
Each of our churches is unique, with their own God given vision and ministry and they are diverse in how they accomplish this, but come together to cooperate in carrying out the work of the Great Commission. We truly believe that we can accomplish more together with stronger and more vibrant ministries, than we can as separate individual churches. We are brothers and sisters in Christ, part of the Family of God and that means diversity, so we can look at the same things in different ways, yet we are family, so we have a spiritual bond we share as joint heirs with Christ.
These past couple of years have brought many different challenges and changes for us all. This has been true for the SBA. Please be patient with us as we work through these challenges that have impacted our association, which includes getting our website updated.
Now if we are children then we are heirs – heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ if indeed we share in this suffering in order that we may also share in his glory.
Romans 8:17.
